Software Utility for Monitoring Power Supplies with Electroline DHT Transponders

The DHT Tool utility is a Windows-based application that gives the operator instant visibility into an Electroline HMS transponder with embedded DOCSIS® modem (the DHT) and its power supply. This software utility uses the same SNMP commands that the DHT itself supports. The HMS monitoring thresholds can be set from a single window in the user interface. This “one stop setup” simplifies the process of provisioning a wide range of monitoring MIB objects for analog and discrete parameters. Other interfaces are available to set up the transponder’s own operating parameters, as well as network settings.
