High Performance Optics destined for Ocala, Florida

Montreal, Canada — March 26, 2012 — Homeland Optical Technology, of Ocala, Florida has ordered optical network equipment from ELECTROLINE to build a HFC network to serve the community of Ocala Palms. The network will provide voice, video and data services to subscriber's using Electroline's ELINK Platform including its 3RU system of optical transmitters, receivers and amplifiers. It is also deploying the EON 4 port, segmentable optical node and DOCSIS based status monitoring transponder.

 

Jim George, President of Homeland stated: "I decided to work with Electroline because they offer high performance equipment at very affordable prices. Electroline offered me a top of the line feature set to build my network and they have a reputation of high quality equipment. Their support was invaluable during the planning of my project."
